Service Description

Teens are tired of boring lectures...it is my mission to awaken & align their mental health in a fun & relevant environment; this is an engaging forum (1-3 hours) for teens, focusing on topics like: goal setting, creating a healthy balance; identifying fears, college & career planning, personality exploration & so much more. This includes, topic presentations, 2-3 break out activity sessions, Q & A segment, all participants are encouraged to have the manuscript as a resource. **TYJ Apparel is also available to include in package. The sales from TYJ Apparel support the gifting of the TYJ manuscript to community based organizations & underserved families.
